When I was a little kid, I thought 18, 19 & 20 years old was SO adult. Today, I can look back with only respect and admiration at what these young kids did: enlisting, training and fighting an experienced enemy far from their homes, sacrificing their time, health and lives to keep freedom alive.
“The Longest Day”, and now we’re still in our longest war, to expand OUR “sphere of influence” in Asia and the Middle East. What did these men end up fighting, and dying, for?
