    “Men accept getting older as a fact of life.” Unless someone notices.Last year, I had my first “senior moment.” I got on a bus, and they asked if I was a senior. (I wasn’t.)

    Google the video for “Try” by Colbie Caillat. It’s a great statement about allowing women to just be themselves. (I, for one, am comfortable in my own skin and have never even been tempted towards any kind of cosmetic surgery.)

    Best not to get started. My hairdresser here in Argentina, where all the women have long, colored hair no matter their age, asks me every time if he should do something about the gray hairs (I’m 37). I refuse every time. It’s just too ridiculous going from brown to white when you’re 70…
