@RIOTTA, THAT SOUNDS HORRENDOUS! I guess I’m glad that circus acts in general don’t appeal to me.

I DID rather enjoy the Circus Museum up in Wisconsin, though (went with my old BF in 2012) but the part I enjoyed most was seeing the huge collection of old carved wood and painted wagons; the design and workmanship were admirable. The acts were mostly people (some magic and vaudeville) but there was one equestrian with dressage style riding. It is definitely worth while to go.
