Also want to add then when I was 5 years old, I remember some other kids talking abou tit being being dangerous outdoors because there were yellow jackets flying around and I actually expected to see Yellow colored Jackets (clothing) flying around.

We have proof. Sluggo is not related to the kids in the Family Circus. Not so sure about Nancy. She may be a distant cousin.
