Times are tough for guys like Sloth Man, what with library branches cutting hours, bank branches being replaced by unstaffed ATM’s, and some companies pulling out of overseas branch offices.

Even the US military branches are cutting back on recruitment, what with the troop drawdown.

I may be going out on a limb here, but I’d say maybe Sloth Man needs to branch out.

Is this the cartoon equivalent of that boom mike that shows up every so often unintentionally in movies or TV? Or does every room in PBSville have a tree branch growing through it (when Cartoon-Boy so wishes)?

Government work would be golden for him, for sure. There are three branches where not doing anything at all would be a huge improvement.

Interesting. Most places I’ve worked it’s the Sloth people who move up in the organization! The companies I’ve worked for did not reward hard work.

The law firm of Avarice and Greed will not accept Sloth as a partner.

Interesting . . . my Uncle Branch was a postal-service employee back in the early 1900’s. He was a hard worker, too.

Sloth man reminds me of the old joke.

Would you rather be a 3 toed sloth or a 2 toed sloth?

Well in the good old USA I’d want to be a 3 toed sloth,That way when someone pisses me off I can give them the single digit salute. But in Europe 2 toes would be fine since they use a 2 digit salute.

P.S. Churchill wasn’t giving a sign of “V” for victory!

Sloth Man could be either a corporate CEO or a pimp; he’d be a natural at doing nothing while others work to make him rich.

The problem is that the CEO sees him as a threat to his job!

A graphic designer I know can’t hold a job. Due to his obsessing over the tiniest details, choice of colors and font, etc., it takes him at least a week to put out a simple flyer, four months for a website, and a “you might as well find someone else” eternity for an animation or video.
