So Varvel is saying that because we don’t kidnap busloads of girls that it is ok to disenfranchise them, pay them less, treat them like dirt and generally demean them? For shame. This is how abusers groom their victims. Taking away rights and privileges a little at a time. Making sure that they know their place. Keeping them down. Making sure that true equality is just out of reach. Making them accept that this is how things should be. Sooner or later Varvel Americans will be doing the same thing. As long as this type of attitude exists. Yes, there is a war on women. If you don’t see it, you are part of the problem.
Boko Haram is not unique in practicing slavery.Islam teaches enslavement from the Koran.It is a fundamental basic teaching of Islam, embedded in Sharia Laws. Just as the teaching that males are the only “privileged” class in Muslim society….women rank in equality with cattle….no “rights”…..-When will the US public get off the drug of “instant news” by TV and radio by selection and omission, and start looking for full facts about news events…the history of events, and seek the source of evil in our world….evil factions and evil teachings….?
Quite a few folks have campaigned to fight the world-wide problem of women being sold into sexual slavery, and it’s about folks making huge amounts of money, not just nutcase political statements.
Actually, animals follow instinct, and, except for chimps (who seem to have a malevolent nature), act accordingly. My point is, humans (most of them) are Lower than animals… ;)
Well, Molon, there’s a problem with your suggestion: If you kill all the religious extremists, it solves the terrorism issue, but then who will picket the family planning clinics and help introduce homophobic legislation and keep schools from teaching science?
