Ever since I trained myself to be vegetarian for a year, it has stuck (partly because I’m still about 1/2 meatless and also only good whole grains). I splurge on something naughty once in a while and still weigh less than my marriage weight of 120 (mostly under 110, but I’m only 5’ tall).
Ok, Mom, time to get Paige a diet-plan. Even better, buy her a hot personal trainer, she might actually cut a gallon of ice cream if you walk the extra mile.
