With the contention (pointless) over his political registration, may a make a liberal (dictionary definition) observation? He, like Bundy, had many criminal/near criminal acts in his past, for which he was never attacked, or punished by the NBA.
As despicable as his PRIVATE conversation statements may have been, the simple fact is that he AND BUNDY, have every RIGHT to speak up, proving they’re bigots and horse’s rear ends, without punishment FOR THAT!
Bundy is a thief, a criminal, a “sovereign” type, and clearly committed criminal acts, for decades, and got away with it unpunished, and his recent confrontation with ARMED SUPPORTERS who greatly outnumbered, AND out “armed” the federal officers, and challenged the Constitution and laws of the United States, that are defined IN THE CONSTITUTION as superior to any “state” or “county” laws, he, and his armed supporters, should be either in prison, or deported to the dictatorship of our choice most closely meeting their demands for the most ANARCHIST state available.
SPEECH should be protected, especially private speech, but the laws, regulations, and rules of society defining criminality, should be enforced, not the “politically correct” speech, left, right, independent, or just plain nut case.
Individuals and organizations, like the NBA, have their own rules and while you are free as an American citizen to say what you will, other citizens can decide not to associate with you.
Well, one does. And it irritates me every time I see his name, because that’s probably why he does it.In any case, these guys remind me of the old adage: look out the window and see people. Smear some silver on it, and all you see is yourself.
Except that he is still a rich pig….who now has to buy a ticket to see his own team play basketball. What a remarkable joke…but people will still send him money to go to games.
