    If they were competent, we wouldn’t have to renegotiate troop strength, or have been there in the first place. (Greeted with chocolates and roses, not even six months, the oil will pay for the war, I don’t even give him much thought, mission accomplished, we know where the WMSs are etc., etc.) THAT’S competence for ya!
