I believe we males are justifiably an abused gender based on our behaviors and the percentage of the prison population. That’s not meant to be a hasty, sweeping generalization because there are exceptions. The percentage of females committing crimes and going to prison is increasing because of the glamorization of such negative behaviors by females in the for-profit media.

Do you even live in the same world as the rest of us???? Yes, men suffer some abuse, injustice, and inequity, but to even begin to think that it equates to, never mind overbalances, the physical, social, psychological, and economic abuse perpetrated upon women by men (and the systems which men built and still largely run) so disregards the facts of historical and current reality as to make your bizarre statements seem literally insane.

But eventually, it became more common to hear someone say, “I read it in Doonesbury.”

Gender as a fashion statement?Sure, why not?

The good old days, when kids could read.

Newsmagazines were great back then, and if you chose carefully you could always find a few packed full of actual news, with multipage reports, not these 6 paragraph “no duh” ditties that pass for “reports” on most news websites.

With texting these days conversation is somewhat of a lost art.

Women go to jail because it’s trendy?Condescend much?

The good old days, when the kid’s gender was always a surprise.

Still a man’s world — and until women get their act together and vote for their own interests, it’s going to stay that way. If you can’t figure out when you are being treated unfairly, who is doing it, and that you have friends who would help you do something about it, then there just isn’t much anyone can do for you. Why any woman would vote for (or sit home while others vote for) a republican or any of the sorry butt tea bags running for office is beyond my comprehension.

It’s a woman, a baby woman!

I know and it’s sad.

Or there are factors not beihg considered.. When you say men built this society, you are saying women were not part of it. This should be obviously wrong.
