I have the best tenants in the world…if something goes wrong…they tell me about it…after it’s fixed…and unless it’s major….like the hot water heater….don’t even take it off the rent….they also do cosmetic work to the house when it needs being done….and want to buy it…..I’m so thankful for them!!!
