Nice to see you actually posted a source, but I don’t see how you can tie the medical treatment of a 99 year old woman who is on Medicare to Obamacare. The woman, Hazel Homer, was told by her doctors that she was too old for a pacemaker. Not Obama, not government bureaucrats. Eventually, she found a doctor willing to do the surgery & lived another 5 years. It’s a heartwarming story, but she is an extremely unusual case.I don’t see conservatives standing up to say we need more funding for Medicare & telling us how they would pay for that.
“And the total out-of-pocket cost for those 55-64 will be about 120% of the full cost of the healthcare actually covered by their plans. Yes, pre-existing diabetes is now covered. But what, exactly, will be covered remains to be seen.”That sounds like something out of context. Out of pocket costs for 55-64 year olds are supposed to fall more than any other group’s, thanks to the ACA.http://www.healthreformgps.org/resources/health-affairs-article-finds-aca-saves-individual-market-consumers-significant-out-of-pocket-costs/
That’s pretty funny, if it’s satire. Otherwise, it’s pure nonsense.Daimler/Mercedes has been building trucks for the North American market in Mexico, for years now. They don’t use the Mercedes brand because it detracts from the luxury image they use in the American market. Globally, they are doing very well.http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-02-24/daimler-trucks-sees-2014-gains-helping-with-mid-term-goal.htmlThe German economy has weathered the Euro crisis extremely well, in large part because they preach austerity, but don’t really walk the walk.http://www.hpe.com/opinion/x1001077314/My-view-We-should-have-Germany-envy

The ACA was sold with lies. If he were in private enterprise, he would be called a scam artist and prosecuted.

I don’t want to pay for everyone else’s healthcare. I just want to pay for mine. Carry on.

I don’t want to pay for everyone else’s highway, just the part I drive on.
