I like Officer Bob.I too like to hook the person stopped then reward with a warning when they knew a ticket could be issued.Sometimes I have to write one…..but I would much rather make a friend with a correction of your behavior.A gentle reminder so to say.My job is Public Safety…..if a warning works, good, if not then get ready to pay the judge…..I will get your attention either way.
