Pretty clear from any reading of the scriptures that Jesus discriminated against hypocritical religious leaders, persecutors of the poor and downtrodden, and…..oh yeah, unbelievers in the God of Abraham, Moses, and the prophets.

You beat me to it Habanerobuck – I was going to say: Pharisees, Sadducees, Temple Money changers. He didn’t seem to have a problem with Tax Collectors, Roman Soldiers, Lepers, Gentiles, etc. Though some of his followers struggled with that concept.

What about the “money changers”? Didn’t they exchange Roman coin for the Official coin of the temple at a profit? Under that system, you could buy your way to salvation with you contribution to the temple. Since that wasn’t really what God/Jesus had in mind, Jesus committed what may have his only really violent act as recorded in the bible..The following is what Jesus said about homosexual relationships. Nothing, he said nothing..He also asked us to love each other. I don’t see where anyone has the right to judge others’ relationships.

You do remember that while Jesus did forgive people for what He considered to be sin He also said to go and sin no more so it was NOT a blanket forgiveness or ?
