I know it never happened in this strip, but when Lila got laid off (first go around), I said she should find a job as a professional shopper. This actually exists, and she’d be a natural. Of course, then she would become happy, highly successful, and make lots of money, and the reason for the strip would vanish.
Black is just one of thse colors that go with everything. Then again so is white, being a neutral color and all. But I’ll bet Lila looks just as good in a LBD as she does in a LWD.
