i think it was from the silent movie series, the perils of pauline. from the time one ended with her hanging from a cliff. i didn’t look it up, might be wrong.

I really don’t have a problem with time zones. They are necessary as we all have high noon at different times. It’s the arbitrary switching back and forth that is not necessary.

And, don’t get me started on a two month break form school in the summer.
