The ACA was a bill, passed by BOOTH Houses of Congress, and then signed into law by the president. He did not write it, he did not even name it. You don’t like Obamacare, blame the Congress, not the president. It is obvious the Congress has done a great job shifting blame. Too bad it’s the only thing they’ve done.
Obamacare was done with 100% Democrat votes and Democrat writing the patched-together jerry-rigged Democrat bill. All done in the face of the Deluge of people in the USA calling, writing, texting and mailing “Don’t Do It!” - Not one Republican voted for it, having been shut out of the crafting of the witches’ brew to takeover a Free Enterprise Healthcare system that foreigners came here to use instead of their socialistic systems in their home country!-The Constitution does not give a president authorization to create new law or change old law by executive orders. But Obama has been doing exactly that and where are the faithful to the Constitution officials in the government who should be trying to stop Obama from his scoff-law administration????

Ask the President of the National Congress of American Indians, Brian Cladoosby, how well the Federal Government of the USA has kept promises in treaties to provide and protect the Tribes for their ceding millions of acres of prime lands that had been their source for homesites and hunting for food and clothing and for their daily needs. (C-Span, 1-30-14 program, rerun 1-31) Native Indian citizens can testify to the failure of the White Fathers to keep their promises!-Obamacare is just the latest package of promises (you can keep your Doctor; you can keep your Plan, etc) that the US Government will no doubt default without remedy!
No that’s not the case but I am glad that more and more people will have reasonable access to healthcare for themselves and their families. We still have a long way to go but finally we are on the right path.
As one who has directly experienced the system we have been using for the last several years I assure you it is passed time for reform.
