Grimm ended the interview and walked away. What gets me is he went back after it seemed the camera was off and made threats of violence and bodily harm. That he waited until he thought the camera was off was cowardly. That he made such nasty threats shows his character. He needs to step down from office.
Since when do politicians get to choose what questions they can be asked?
Sharron Angle was correctly pilloried for decrying the fact that reporters didn’t ask her the questions she was willing to answer, and lost an election against a truly easily-beatable Harry Reid, partially as a result of that kind of foolishness.
For Example would the following statement be a lie?" he also did not want to talk about the thirteen year old hooker some one thinks is in Scotto’s basement…. ".Hey, that’s The Fox Networks schtick.
The reporter was asking Representative Grimm about the ethics situation concerning his campaign finances, a situation reported all over the N.Y. media. Grimm walked away. The reporter was right to state that he refused to answer. Grimm was wrong—and a thug—in threatening the reporter. His constituents should break him and elect a man, not a child.
“Libs are so funny. They actually believe what their handlers say.”In this specific case, I believe the video footage I saw of a Republican Senator threatening a reporter with bodily harm.
Scotto in a classic passive agressive ambush yellow journalist moveIf it was a stupid, out of line question, Grimm should have dismissed on camera, with ease. The guy is under investigation. If he has nothing to worry about, he shouldn’t be losing his temper over the matter. You can argue that the reporter is pursuing a non-story, but I can’t think of any defense for Grimm’s response. It certainly didn’t bolster his claims of innocence.
Well, no, these comments are not my best. What I suspect, though, is that your comments are you at your best, and it demonstrates no grasp of English, political history, current events, or rational thought.
I hope that you can do better. I look forward to your progress. Good luck.

If that’s the sleazy ambush reporter, then just find a bridge.

The pro-life right complains about the “LSM” and then supports a congressman who threatens to murder a reporter for trying to ask a question.
