Public education: the April 15 realization you pay $2,000 per month for Federal government services and that most of that is unnecessary.

Just feel the bulbs. The cold one is out.

In my house the word is “THUD”: the sound preceding a visit to the emergency room.I know, not clever but very real for us.

Too funny – it’s a momma moment too.

Jbmlaw – I don’t have $2000 a month income, but I sure appreciate our highways, public schools, police and fire, social security, etc, etc, etc.

Willing to pay my share

DOOFUS 1. The guy who gets up on a ladder to change a light bulb and forgets which light bulb needed to be changed.

Deadleg – a condition caused by reading the newspaper too long in the bathroom.

There is a CFL for everything. What I was doing every other month, I haven’t done for years.

Overbuttoned1. The feeling one gets when faced with the fact that not a dang thing comes without a million buttons to push.

Sanity1. The one trait we all used to share before children.
