Kdizzle might be on to something here. This strip almost makes more sense if you disregard the artwork and try to envision a bad porn film when you read through the dialogue.
In all reality, how come neither of Wendy and Wynn s parents have come to see them play ? How come Angie and Tip along with the other cheerleaders don t go to the games ?
I took a Gil sabbatical for a while when it first left the sports page, so maybe one of you can answer: Has there ever been a story about a gay/lesbian player coming out? (Lini Verde doesn’t count.)
Not with the freaking exploding eyeballs again! This comic is badly-written t(the plots are ludicrous) and badly-drawn (You can’t tell who the kids are without a caption). We need better people on this strip.

Here in NC for as long as I can remember during the ‘regular season’ both teams play against the same school on the same night.
The girl’s game are played first followed by the boy’s game. HS games are played on Tuesday and Friday nights.
That does change during the playoffs.
