Very interesting stuff Saturday. Kinda like last summer’s pro wrestling flashbacks salvaging an uninspired story line.Couple other fabulous announcers I forgot to mention—Lloyd Pettit of the Blackhawks and Jim Durham who did Bulls and then moved on.Anyone who knows the back story on why he left after first championship, I’d like to hear. J.D. would often make the calls before refs even blew the whistle.Mop, I agree on Ernie and Bob Prince of Pirates was awfully good

Was also interesting to find out that Sportsguy was apparently Bitsy’s “mystery man” in high school. Wally Lamb wouldn’t have been a second thought for her if Gil had opened up the offense and thrown the ball to SG a few times a game.

I wonder if Mia Paige and Scott Fowler (the peacock guy) broke up? I’ve not seen them together so far.

Whoa. I mentioned Wendy having to worry about “wardrobe malfunctions” last Monday and here it is. Are Rubin and Whigham reading our comments? Is one of YOU Rubin or Whigham? If so, can you please explain why you drew that strand of hair across Wendy’s face in P3. And why does the word bubble point to her nose? Are you trying to indicate that she has a nasally twang?

I’m OK with the strand of hair in panel three, but is she spitting, drooling or blowing cigarette smoke? Strange.

In all reality, does Wendy think that her lost video is safe from discovery by the nerds of St Fabb ?

Does anyone remember Red Rush the voice of the Loyola Ramblers ? My favorite with when a Rambler went to the free throw line Red would say He eyes it, tries, and buys it or Swisheroo he s got 2. He plugged a sponsor the Gonnella Bread Co with That shot was good just like Gonnella its swella fella. Red did the White Sox games also.

Ernie Harwell was my favorite announcer: “Strike three! He stood there like the house by the side of the road and watched it go by.”

I was kind of hoping Wendy would keep the witty banter going from last week, and in response to the question “How big?” would answer – “Oh, about a 34D.”

Hopefully she’ll be able to nip this video in the bud. It would be breast for her basketball career.

In areolity, it’s not that hard to find a video if it’s been put on the web.

Wardrobe malfunction? Long lost clip but hardly forgotten. Pizza commercial starring Molly Kinsella with the product served fresh and hot.

8 years old, her leotard was too loose. Hope her mom doesn’t try to embarrass her by posting those precious memories. Who’d expect a 2nd grader to have tramp stamp?

Old Prof – I’m guessing it’s the garlic bread served at The Bucket.

2 Paw – I loved how Ernie opened the season with the Bible verse. Was it the Song of Solomon that ended with…..“and the voice of the turtle is heard through the land.”(?) You knew that baseball was back at “The Cornah” of Michigan and Trumbull.

Mop – If the video surfaces, will it be tit for tat?

The wardrobe malfunction happened in a catfight with one of the Dance Mom’s girls.

In all reality, will the missing video be played on the Jumbotron at Richie Rich HS when Wendy plays against the Venture Capitalists ?
