Let sleeping cats lie, Calvin. You’re lucky Hobbes is moreinterested in going back to his nap than he is in having youfor his lunch.

Hobbes bested Calvin again. Back to the nap.

He who dies with the most toys still dies.

That would have a lot more relevance if you could write Sanskrit as well as Dha Dha can write English!

Or they may be language freaks who enjoy word play, such as fonetik spelling.

Or they may be dexterity-challenged klutzes.

I freely admit to the latter two. I wish I couldcommunicate in German, Hungarian, Russian and Bulgarian half as well as those posters , whose native language is not English, do inEnglish….

Speaking of the rat race; win or lose, you’re still a rat.

Just rats on an exercise wheel, going along and a bunch of leaders who treat us like there’s too many rats in the cage to control. So, instead of making the people well informed and advancing society, politicians would rather control with ignorance and misinformation . Keep those masses undereducated, underpaid and underfed, and we have minions to do our bidding.

That’s what I always thought! Whom am I getting ahead of???

What important work does Calvin have to do? Calvin’s advice to Hobbes is useless anyway. He’s a stuffed tiger, that only comes to life when he’s alone with Calvin. He’s not human.
