Yeah, I was thinking maybe it’s just Aaron’s writing style, but this guy acts an aweful lot like Aaron Marx. Would that mean the female with him is Flask? Nah, not enough in the chest.
When did the badguys get the ability to read the comic comments? Seriously, wasn’t someone talking about needing to do JUST that to set the gun from Stun to Kill? Maybe their suits come installed with 4th Wall-Ray Vision.

The Topsider and Holly are of like minds.They both don’t care if they die….matter of fact death is very agreeable over the life they are both living.Now Holly is rethinking that the foot is really on the other hand now.I like Bruno’s story. As a fact I have seen that happen.While under fire in stand off many years ago the deputy kept trying to get his Mini 14 to fire. I looked over at him and his rifle. After analysis I said “Take the damn safety off.”
Would a Topsider know how an Endtowner gun worked? Didn’t Mallard invent them? I suppose the knowledge could have been extracted from captured Endtowners…but then so could the location of Endtown.
I’m guessing that the design of the Endtown free play ray gun is based on a standard design that could be easily manufactured given limited resources. The Topsiders may not have much experience with this particular weapon (hence his misidentifying it as a blaster) but is familiar with its general principles of operation.
