    Benjamin Franklin said (I think) the man who reads a thousand books is an interesting and agreeable companion; the man who reads only one is a dangerous enemy.

    Same thing applies to unexamined convictions.

    Being wrong carries a much larger price; contra, see “Benghazi.” But if you like your video-riot story, you can keep your video-riot story.

    “Single payer” is a smoke screen. If the Government is the “single payer” for everyone, how does the Gov. pay for it? The Government doesn’t earn money, it takes from the taxpayer. No government program has ever contained costs or effectively addressed fraud. Our country’s epitaph will be: “We did the right thing and were damn fair about it.”
