Jay, you may be looking for a woman in the wrong place. Expand your horizons. Bars are not the best place to find a long term relationship (assuming you’ve tried the bar scene, actually). Expand your horizons. Try the grocery store, the library – yep, they still exist. Or maybe even a fun course at your local community college. Can’t hurt. Might help.
I met my wife on the softball field. Before her I met my old girl friend in ER because of a softball injury. (She was an old friend who had become an ER doc) So softball has been good for me.
Chris and I were brought together by Facebook. We had known each other 30 years before- but I really knew her parents better: from church, choir, and our community theatre group. I send a Facebook friend request to see if Chris remembered who I am. Guess she did.
Yes, because she put her foot in her mouth and said she go out with the first guy. So just her luck…-——————————————-I think she dated a Roy a few times before Kathy came along, but I wasn’t on the strip then. You have to go waaaayyy back in the archives for that.
One of the 2 guys I have in mind does church choir and community theater but I just do SCA and archery; the other is only into his church. I like them both and will stay with either one who shows he can be serious with me (they’re both fun).
“Fun” is most important at my age (76).It will take less than a month to get this sorted out and quit that site.

I think it’s generally frowned on. But all the places i’ve worked there have been at least one working couple. None supervised the other though.
