I prefer my own cooking, but have no problem going to those places when I am not practicing vegetarian (much more difficult right now because limit on choices) but I can pick out a good and tasty meal without over-eating at a normal buffet when I’m doing my normal omnivore diet.
Only a little over a month remaining in this diet plan (and I DID have the 1/2 bowl remaining in my pot of Clam Chowder that I took to an event yesterday). I had bowls of 2 vegetarian soups during the day (and got recipe for one), but there was a lot of food taken yesterday for over 400 people total attending.
We enjoy the buffet occasionally, and try to save our appetites..we eat our way through it. Delicious, clean and well lit, everything is sparkling.It is an enjoyment. We are very fortunate. For the Lord, He is good.

We can no longer do places like this justice, and we don’t like how we feel afterward so we’ve cut down on buffets.
