So, you seem to be saying that it was written by the insurance industry? Where the policy documents for many years have had so many confusing modifications to the policy, where one section adds coverage, and another takes it away. They even have their boiler plate language numbered so that they can just print a list of numbers referring back to the amendments.
They have lawyers that are tasked with writing statements that make a bad thing look like a good thing. Or a good thing look like a bad thing, like fox news.
The pushback against Obama was harder in 2013 because (1) he accomplished several important goals, and/but (2) the NSA thing came out showing him continuing GWB’s snooping ways, and that bothered a lot of people who wouldn’t have said anything otherwise.
