I’m confused. Am I supposed to love, hate, or tolerate Walmart? Am I supposed to shop there or not shop there? Last I checked there were ample places to shop and ample places to work? Why are people so bent out of shape at Walmart?

The average wage at Costco is $15/hr. 80% of their employees have health insurance. Costco limits their mark-up to 15%. Don’t tell me a high-wage business model is unworkable.

“the left wing media (aren’t they all?) “….and liberals in general, who are so thoroughly agitated, disturbed, and overwrought by people who are willing to actually work.”~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A bit slanted there, aren’t we?

Try Costco. It has no problem paying a decent wage.

Costco provides better pay and benefits, yes, but “big box” does harm many communities by eliminating small businesses that can’t complete on wholesale prices they have to pay. Walmart has FAR more predatory policies than Costco or even other “big box” btw,

When you can get everything at Costco for the same or lower price, why not shop at the store that treats its’ employees fairly? My nearest actual Costco is about 30 miles away, but everything that’s at Walmart or Sam’s club, which are in my town, is available online, here in a few days, and usually saves me the gas and time of going shopping.
