I have never had a problem sticking to a diet (but I AM looking forward to the end of this vegetarian year). I even did the total vegan and gluten free for the first 3 months,
but even though I found some new recipes that I really LIKE, I had just a sprinkle of Parmesan on pasta at a friend’s house Saturday (but I am mostly sticking to just the small amount of plain Greek yogurt and egg white) – still not lowering my cholesterol (was lower on my “normal” omnivore diet).
That can’t be Wally’s squeaky toy. Doxies always remove the squeaker first thing—it is a symbol of dominance. they have killed the villain and here is its squeaker to prove it.
