Not sure what’s going on here. Atkins is a low-carb diet. Why would that keep the turkey from getting shot? Or does B.C. have too little energy to do it?

No. B.C. have something others don’t have…a kind heart. Happy Thanksgiving.

Well, Robert Atkins did die of a heart attack, presumably after following his own mostly-meat and green veggies diet, so, I guess this makes sense if you’re willing to read that far into it.

That doesn’t look like a hunting bow, looks more like cupid’s bow

Jay Leno doesn’t like veggies. He read a report that said that one out of ten die from eating meat. His conclusion was that the other nine died from eating vegetables. hmmm

If the turkey walks in front of a man with a bow around this time of year it just means he’s not chicken.

Thanks for the help, helpful people. I didn’t see the skinniness for the tail. (BTW, I’ve always thought of the Atkins diet as the all-protein Stillman diet with fiber.)

DUMB! Turkeys = meat. Meat = very low carbohydrates. That’s the mantra of Doc Atkins. It’s the stuffing, potatoes, etc, that have the carbs. It should be a potato that gets spared—not the turkey—-but then it wouldn’t be much of a strip, would it?
