If this were to be 100% then all that would happen would be that the control of the House of Representatives would pass to teh Democrats, and the control of the Senate would pass to the Republicans. Then we would have the same dichotomy in our government as we have right now. Just how that would make things better let alone any different than now, is at least somewhat debatable. The only real advantage that I could see, would be to get the "My way or the Highway!’ tea party types out.
