No marshmallows in my cocoa, in fact I use good organic cocoa and make it with almond milk while doing my vegetarian diet. I like it just as much as what lover and I used to have at bedtime last year (with “Whole Food’s” organic whole milk).

Not a big fan of the tiny marshmallows. Or any marshmallows, for that matter. And it’s actually warming up the later it gets tonight; so hot cocoa is more or less off the menu this evening.

Marshmallows have never been my favorite sweet. I enjoy them as part of something else, like s’mores or heavenly hash ice cream. Or melted into hot chocolate. But eating them by themselves just doesn’t send me.
