Forecast calls for blustery confusion of weather with climate.

That helps resolve the immediate issue, but we still have to deal with the long term problem.

I agree…but man needs to make more changes to our collective response and preparedness regarding extreme weather.

So, that’s where all the hot air is coming from!

And did God come down from His throne and tell you this? Or just the voices in your head? Some of us actually read up on the research. Anthropogenic Climate Change has been in discussion for over a century now. Time you caught up!http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2005/jun/30/climatechange.climatechangeenvironment2

News hot (sorry) off the presses from actual climate scientists:“A new study by British and Canadian researchers shows that the global temperature rise of the past 15 years has been greatly underestimated. The reason is the data gaps in the weather station network, especially in the Arctic. If you fill these data gaps using satellite measurements, the warming trend is more than doubled in the widely used HadCRUT4 data, and the much-discussed “warming pause” has virtually disappeared.”http://www.realclimate.org/index.php/archives/2013/11/global-warming-since-1997-underestimated-by-half/

Regardless of the reasons for climate change and all the blah, blah, blah inherent with it, what I’m proposing is long term planning for disaster preparedness and relief therefrom.

At least no time since the “class” scales were invented to give us an idea of how strong a storm is. Also the earthquake scale. Yes there have been stronger storms, earthquakes, etc. However, the population was much smaller and less concentrated. Of course, Noah must be disproved first, right?
