    Mine has been in the fridge since Saturday. I turn it once every day to make sure all parts thaw out.

    We “brine” our turkey. We put a 24-pound turkey in a lobster pot, under water for 3 days and it still have a huge boulder of ice inside the cavity when we took it out.
