I liked the man who said his business flights were the only time he was able to just relax since he couldn’t access email and receive texts. Now, he would not only have to go through the flight, but instead of napping or reading, he’d have to keep working.Progress?Respectfully,C.

^Hmm, anti-government, anti-TSA nut with a “military style” rifle gets into the terminal, and shoots up TSA folks. Was he dressed like a “terrorist”?

I beg to differ. Or perhaps flights within the EU are different. I fly every month and while my laptop is scanned separately whilst going through security (others have their tablets/ipads scanned), and I must not have them switched on – like mobiles/cell-phones- during take-off and landings, I’m allowed to switch them on once we’re air-borne. My ipod is not scanned separately, nor is my mobile/cell-phone but I can use them on-board.
