We don’t have a phone in the bedroom. Other than when our daughter was in the later stages of her pregnancies, I figure there’s nothing that can happened after 10 PM I can do a THING about. Leave a message and I’ll call in the morning.
Back in the day, my brother-in-law used to think it great fun to wait until the rates went down at 11 PM in California and call us to “chat”. The Squire got up early one day and called him before the rates went up at 6 or 7 AM in Maryland. Solved that little problem.
