Many years ago a Donner Lake,CA business opened called McBurgers..The sign was yellow and the “M” did look like the golden arches..I was glad to see the place open otherwise you had to drive 10 minutes down the road to Truckee to get a burger..Within 2 weeks the sign came down for obvious reasons and replaced by a wooden"Joe’s Burgers"..I felt sorry for the guy because he probably paid a bit of money for that neon/plastic sign.
