My bank’s IT experts, after FIVE HOURS on the phone, couldn’t get THEIR website to work, and it’s been on line for over a year! FINALLY got logged on, but yesterday got a snail mail that they’re going to “improve” the program, which probably means ANOTHER five hour call to get the “improved” version to work!
