I have enjoyed this strip in the past, but it has bored me. The comments are from young audiences, who I believe should not be on Gocomics. I am unsubscribing from this comic, but I wish Lincoln the best of luck with younger audiences.

Personally, I think Nate’s dislike for cats can be linked to the fact that he is clueless when it comes to girls. He seems to be unable to understand that girls respond and react to his attitudes and behavior just like a cat will respond to the affection you show them. Also, neither the ladies or felines immediately fawn all over someone just because they are interested in them. First one needs to earn their trust and love befor a favorable response.
