No, it’s just a play on those myths about “the rainbow’s end”…..
Everyone knows that at the end of the rainbow trout there is a pot of gold fish.
Breaded? Trout?
Lay on kitchen foil, a tiny drizzle of olive oil, a sprig of rosemary or some thyme or lemon slices (according to taste), seal the foil but so there is room to steam the fish, then pop in a hot oven.
