I think the waiter has been sampling the vodka a little too frequently, judging by his face (great artwork).
Tilapia is farm fish that feeds on the feces or other fish.
Tilapia is literally at the bottom of the food chain as it eats actual crap. If the adage “you are what you eat” is true, guess what you’re eating with tilapia.
