It’s kind of interesting that a parody of a disagreeable, childish attitude in a comic can provoke people on each side of the political spectrum to start fighting. Each side thinks the comic strip is about the other side. And the strip wasn’t even political.

@LX013: There is good childish behavior and bad childish behavior. It is good for all of us if we never lose the joy, curiosity, creativity, and spontaneity of our childhoods. But nasty verbal attacks on other people, bullying, selfishness, and other immature behaviors that hurt other people indicate that we have never grown up to become compassionate and mature adults.
