Phantom of the Opera FTW! It occurs to me that offering cigars to any of the bigwigs in the Apparatus is effective bait for a trap. What are the chances that one of them will say, “Oh, I don’t smoke.” Zero, is my guess. It seems to be a requirement.

Great quote, good setup. I hope the Apparatus does not use phones/GPS to track its members though, seems like this would be a difficult scenario to replicate.

Phantom of the Opera for the purists; but I see an homage to The Abominable Dr. Phibes here, too. In any case, Shortcareer will soon be beyond all worries and fears. Kadaver, 1; Apparatus, 0.

I imagine Kadaver sounds just like Vincent Price.

i dunno.. kadaver may successfully kill off the “bottom feeders” of the apparatus but he may well have a more difficult time handling bb eyes and doubleup.

and dont forget… BLAZE RIZE is still out there somewhere! wouildnt it be a kick if SHE turned out to be Venus?!?!?!

It was asked a day or so ago whether this was the first time we have heard of a Mr. Mitchell (other than Dennis)..If not, then Mitch may be one of those “throw-away” characters, a pumpkin carved up just in time for Halloween!.Is it really likely that Li’l Abner is going to do away with any of the stock Tracy villains, such as BB Eyes, Doubleup, or Mumbles?.Tomorrow, I’m expecting a cutaway back to Melies or something..In the mean time, back to my vacation..Anyone got some spinach for my fishing hook?

Happy All Hallows Eve to you all. I remember how my father hated Al “Scarface” Capone and all he stood for back then. Hated the fact that the movies and comics glorified him as “Public Enemy # 1” and all that. This is going back to the origins now…..where was Abner when we needed him..
