Isolating, and securing your target, even backing off in another operation because too many “civilians” might be harmed, IS what SEALs do, but mostly intelligence gathering in the first place. The effective USE of this capability, rather than carpet bombing entire nations, and entering into the longest wars in our history, for false purpose? Hmm, I think I see this CIC using different “policies”.
