Those of us who work at desks just need other means of exercise; I’ve got my tights on too – to work with my weights. I’d never recommend hormones or meds (good diet matters and supplements too. I take capsules of garlic and turmeric (& much more) even though I use lots of fresh garlic and turmeric in my stovetop spice mix (for omelets and V8).
