I like the reference in one of the superman movies when he’s trying to change and looks at one of those phones attached to a pole paused and runs down an alley
hehe… I just watched a fourth Doctor serial last night! Invasion of Time.
Clark Kent must be changing in that vestibule that the Classic Series TARDIS seemed to have between the external doors and the console room doors if he didn’t notice that it’s not an actual phonebooth…..

Well, the Tardis is much bigger inside than outside. Maybe it has a changing room on some other level.
