When you talk about Iran you are talking about 78 million people, if you believe in absolute cohesiveness you are certifiably nuts. The only country that seemingly has aggressive tenancies beyond the occasional bark is the USA which has repeatedly threatened to invade, has invaded its neighbors and even in peacetime continues to threaten in invade.
