Cruz is actually obeying the will of the majority of We The People.-The Senate RHINO traitors to party Principles ought not be following in the steps of the Democrat Socialists…..they put themselves in the path of the missile of Truth.-The Dems used the fact that 15% of the USA population didn’t have h’care insurance…..but they got healthcare, by use of ERs and various clinics and compassionate doctors in private practice.-To grease the skids for America to be eased into a Socialist Medical system, the 15% were the excuse for a federal takeover of both medical and insurance, creating a financial crisis and a medical career crisis and a Nuked Insurance industry and rationed and selective government approved care for less than the 85% who used to have private insurance. Now the real “death panels” of government bottom-line cost decisions will push too many chronic and elderly patients into the grave. If the Senate GOP aid and abet the entrenchment of O’care at this time.
“The ACA going into effect for those… shouldn’t effect those who already have insurance.”
Tell that to the employees of Catepillar, UPS, Walgreens, and hundreds of other companies who have seen their benefits cut back, elimination of family options on plans, or the outright dumping of health coverage by their employer.
@Ahab….apha is a pro-government liberal website.-The “Defund Obamacare” project is respectful of the US Constitution. It does not call for repeal of the ACA. Defundwould give congress and the 50 states time to try to fix the gross faults of the ACA Law that Obama has Unconstitutionally already changed at least a reported 19 times!-Look at all the groups that have begged and been granted exemption! The Teamster Union. Congress, by executive order. The list is long.-In the 3-1/2 years since passage, look at the jobs losses, look at the businesses firing or laying off or reducing hours for employees. Small businesses in 50 states are choosing to not expand and not to hire employees that will put them into the 30-hour week and 50 employee abyss of Obamacare’s rules and penalties and costs. That is a negative for unemployment….even if the government does not truly report on how many jobs have been lost and how many workers who want jobs and cannot find jobs now total.-IMO you have to be a Lunatic to support Obamacare.
“they” say that “obamacare” is the first domino to socialized medicine, they ignore the fact that the “socialezed” medicine of obamacare is nothing more than the fascisim put forth to counter “hillarycare” (the closest thing we have ever gotten to universal “socialezed” healthcare) we all know that “obamacare” is not socialezed medicene; we know that it is classic fascism…the government is making people purchase a product, not from the government (socialism) but from a business (given a no bid contract by a company that contributes to both “parties” but that is neither here nor there…not to the government…but to a business, who the government decides that can provide a service, kind of like a charter…you know like the dutch east india company…fascism…)obama is the best thing to ever happen for the gop…he can implement all of their agenda and the idiot democrats will be quiet because he is “one of them”…the stupid republicans will “stand up for real american values” that they were ready to sacrifice twenty years ago…
It seems that no Republican/Fox “news” viewer will touch the question of whether or not Ted Cruz is constitutionally eligible to be president of the United States.
The U.S. already has the most socialistic medical system on the continent. (Somewhat similar to Cuba.) Its the DVA system and its the nation’s largest integrated health care system, operating around 1700 facilities. Administration costs run around 3% compared to about 20% for the conventional for-profit insurance system. I understand the vast majority of veterans would not want to lose their health care through the DVA.

Cruz is a hack and a Canadian to boot so, don’t expect his run for POTUS to amount to much.

I already lost my insurance and my wife will lose hers next year. So from experience I know in absolute certainty that is a lie.
