Maybe Gretchen has a concert booked in Italy. The dog stays with Slim. He is the one the dog prefers. Too bad I missed Gretchen’s growing up years due having no access to this strip for decades. Slim must have spoiled Gretchen, or maybe she is getting even for him not allowing her to suck her thumb.
And I had hoped that Gretchen was gone yesterday. Obviously, hoping for too much!.The 3Gs need to go!.But then, what next? Joel and Rufus don’t seem to appear in the dailies..And I’m really, really tired of all the fat jokes, and Clovia’s picking on Slim..Still haven’t forgiven Clovia – and Jim – for not taking Slim to Hawaii. Of course, that was the plot device, a whole Moon Maid story length ago, to introduce this dog of a storyline!
