These people ought to have gotten a Great Dane like Marmaduke, not a Basset Hound with short legs. Poor Fred!
They could put Fred in one of those little mesh enclosed carts made for dogs to ride in while being pulled by a bicycle. Then when they get to where they’re going, they can let Fred out to run around and have fun.
